After placing your order, you will get a confirmation of what we will be delivering to you, when and at the price we have quoted – simple, but all too easy to 'get it wrong.'

Upon dispatch of your goods, you will be sent a Certificate of Analysis for food ingredients – you'll have this before the goods arrive.

Our invoices have no hidden extras – pallet charges, environmental surcharges etc – forget it – what you have been quoted is the price.

No minium order quantity, no annual turnover requirements…
