Glycerine (Glycerol or Glycerin) is a simple sugar alcohol used as a core ingredient, in the e-liquid industry. It is a colourless, odourless, clear, sweet-tasting viscous liquid. It is manufactured from a mixture of vegetable sources. Kilo also supply a non-palm (Rapeseed-Only) specific option.
Recently Glycerine has been increasingly used as a major component in the E-Liquid / E-Cigarette industry - more commonly known as “VG”. It is used as a base for the solution and larger concentrations provide a larger "cloud" when vaping.

Commonly used as a food additive, Malic Acid is a sour tasting product. It usually appears as a white, fine granular product.
This is used when dissolved into PG as an additive and flavour enhancer. It adds a sour note, reminiscent of sour sweets.
Beyond the e-liquid industry, this is also used mainly in the food and beverage industry as a preservative, acidity regulator and flavouring.

Menthol is an organic compound that is manufactured synthetically or via the oils of various mints. It is commonly a waxy, crystalline substance.
It is used within the e-liquid industry to provide the minty, cooling taste that appears in a range of flavours and can also provide both an irritation reduction on the throat and increasing the addiction potential of nicotine.
Other industries use Menthol in a range of applications, from mild anaesthetic, a scent enhancer and in a range of products for its taste.

Mono Propylene glycol, is an organic compound which is generally a colourless, almost odourless, viscous liquid with a faintly sweet taste.
Within the E-Liquid Industry, it is used as a primary base within the manufacture of the liquids. It provides a more intense flavour hit in larger concentrations within the liquid.
